Our Health and Safety Plan provides for all measures and procedures in accordance with the government directives and the new safety and health standards, while aligning with World Health Organization's best prevention practices.

Each member of our staff has been trained to comply with and strictly adhere to the implementation of the protection measures announced by the World Health Organization and the Greek Ministry of Health.

Throughout its operation, Minoa Apartments has shown respect and care for our guests, partners and the local community. We have developed strong bonds based on trust, mutual respect and understanding. Our main priority is to protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers, staff and local community. Having overcome the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are fully prepared to provide you a safe and stress-free stay.


At Minoa Apartments we are constantly checking developments in safety and health as we have made the safety and health of our guests and staff our top priority. We fully comply with the instructions of the health authorities in charge and have implemented all the precautionary measures recommended by the World Health Organization. However, our guests are kindly requested to take self-protection measures and to comply with the respective hygiene rules. Minoa Apartments does not accept any responsibility and their guests agree that they may not demand any claim related to the above issues.

Operational Policy

We take responsible actions to protect our people and our guests during their stay with us. In a unique environment we have created a set of rules for your safety which are accompanied by disinfection protocols, safety methods and business procedures. Notably:

  • Fast Check-in and Check-out process with minimized contact
  • Thorough cleaning of rooms according to health and safety standards before Check-in
  • Use of plexiglass, disinfected room cards, hand sanitizers in the reception area and all public areas
  • It is recommended to avoid daily cleaning of the room. Towels are changed every two days.
  • In order to apply the standards of cleaning and hygiene, all printed information material about the accommodation and operation of the apartments has been removed.

All members of the accommodation staff have received the necessary training to comply with the health protocols. 

The accommodation establishment has obtained the “Health First” certification seal from the Ministry of Tourism, indicating that the operation complies with all health protocols. 

In our attempt to adapt to the new circumstances brought by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, we ask for your understanding and compliance with the measures applied to prevent the covid-19 coronavirus transmission. 

We would like to inform you that the operation bears no liability against any person relating directly or indirectly to the coronavirus COVID-19, since we comply with the special health protocols and bear the “Health First” certification seal (Article 60 (5) of Law 4688/24-5-2020).
